    The currencies that are currently supported are USDT (BEP-20), PHPT (BEP-20) and USDT (TRC-20)

  3. What is PHPT?

    PHP Token (PHPT) is a cryptocurrency that is deployed on binance smart chain (BSC BEP-20). It is a decentralized exchange that allows the investors to swap BEP-20 tokens. The Binance Smart Chain is the foundation around which BEP-20 coins are based. PHP Token (PHPT) costs $0.019617903910.   4. How to withdraw cryptocurrency or digital asset?

    Click “Withdraw” from the “Asset” → fill in the "Withdrawal address" and "Withdrawal amount" of the blockchain that you need to receive (such as PHPT) → Complete.

    Withdrawal address: the deposit address of currencies of the receiving side, similar to the recipient address in the express delivery.

    Address note: it is used for you to distinguish each withdrawal, you can fill it out at will. Service fee: charged by network miners on the block.

  5. How to deposit cryptocurrency or digital asset?

    Click “Deposit” on the “Asset” → obtain a blockchain address for deposit → Transfer the cryptocurrency (such as PHPT). You need to use the PayPH generated address as the target from your blockchain account, deposit to this address to complete transaction.

  6. Time and limit of deposit to PayPH's account

    A. How long does it take to receive the currencies deposited? What to do if it is late?

    Blockchain asset transfer is divided into three steps: Withdrawal - Block Confirmation - Entry.

    1. Withdrawal: successful transfer means that the platform or wallet from which the currencies were withdrawn has performed the transfer operation;
    2. Block confirmation: complete the corresponding block confirmation. If the block is congested, delayed, etc., the digital assets will not be fully confirmed for a brief period of time;
    3. Account entry: after the complete confirmation, the platform will complete the account entry, as soon as possible. If the block is not fully confirmed, please wait patiently. Only after the confirmation that the transaction will be credited in the platform. If the block has been fully confirmed but PayPH account has not received the currencies, please contact the online customer service or submit a work order for processing.

    B. How long does it take to withdraw currencies? What to do if it is late?

    After the application for withdrawal is completed, the following status will be displayed in the withdrawal record according to the withdrawal situation:

    1. Waiting for withdrawal: the withdrawal application has been submitted and you need to wait for the withdrawal operation. (In case of congestion of withdrawal demand, please wait in line)
    2. Manual review: according to the judgement of the PayPH system, some withdrawal requirements require manual review, which will be confirmed by customer service personnel on the phone.
    3. Withdrawing: the system is processing the export for you. At this time, humans cannot participate in the operation, please wait patiently.
    4. Successful withdrawal: the asset has been withdrawn from the platform. You can go to the corresponding block to check. If the successful withdrawal cannot be found in the block more than 48 hours, a work order can be submitted for review and processing.

    C. What is the withdrawal limit?

    The limit is determined according to the user's account authentication level and transaction volume level. For details, you can check the withdrawal amount in the upper right corner of the fund management - withdrawal page.

  7. What should I do if I did not receive the currencies after the purchase?

    In the transaction process, if the seller does not confirm and release the currencies within the time limit after you provide payment, you can wait for the available actions within the trading details interface, click and dispute order customer services processing. You may raise support ticket and raise the concern.

  8. What should I do if I bought and click "I have paid, please release the currencies" without receiving the payment?

    Dring the transaction, if you have not received the buyer’s payment, but the buyer has already confirmed the payment, then you can wait for the "Payment unreceived" action to be available in the order interface and click the button to mark the order as "Disputed order" for customer service’s processing. You can also enter the customer service floating window to provide order number and payment voucher for processing.

  9. What should I do after the Disputed order is generated?

    A disputed order refers to a situation in which the buyer and seller have a transaction dispute during the transaction. If the seller does not receive the payment after the buyer makes the payment, click "Payment unreceived", at this time, the customer service will intervene to handle it. The status of the disputed order will continue until the processing is completed (When you ignore the order reminder, our arbitration will be biased towards the party providing the evidence. In order to avoid unnecessary losses, please actively cooperate with the customer service to process the disputed order)

  10. What is the Locked amount?

    The locked amount includes the amount of PHPT temporarily locked in your selling order and the amount of PHPT in the case of status changes or disputes/freezing in your account. Your total amount is composed of available amount + locked amount.

  11. How to set the payment method?

    Click "My" → "Bank account" → "Add account" → Enter/upload the corresponding payment method → Save
